Delivery & Returns Info​

All items are handmade, and delivery may take up to 14 days.  This can vary from product to product. Please make sure you have read the full product description. 

Some products as stickers, invitations, etc., are shipped the next day. 

Orders are shipped using standard postage, and the products may be delivered separately.

All products are non-returnable, and orders can not be cancelled or amended after 12 hours of the order being placed.  ​

​Please check the sizing guides to ensure the correct size is ordered. 

​We reserve the right to cancel an order if needed, and refunds will be issued immediately.

Free Pick Up

Please only choose to Pick Up on Checkout if you would like to collect your order. The postcode for collection is SM5, Carshalton. You'll receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
